3 Steps to Purchasing a Nest Aware Subscription




If you already have a Nest Cam or Nest Cam Indoor, you may be thinking about adding on Nest Aware so that you can access more features in your camera, such as storage and video history, person alerts, and time-lapse videos. But if you’re not quite sure how to purchase this service, don’t worry—it’s easy! Here’s everything you need to know in order to do it correctly.


1) Go to the Nest app

1. Tap on the 'Nest Protect' app from your phone's home screen. 

2. Scroll down and tap on the 'Protect Your Home' section of the app. 2. Scroll down and tap on the 'Protect Your Home' section of the app. 3. Tap on either one of the two buttons that appear at the top: I have an existing Nest product or I want to buy. 3. 2) Select the Nest device you want to subscribe to

-Nest Cam Indoor: This is the most basic camera available from Nest. It's perfect for keeping an eye on your home when you're away. You can see what's happening on your phone, tablet or PC by signing in to your Nest account. -Nest Cam Outdoor: The weather-resistant design of this camera makes it ideal for outdoor monitoring. The siren alerts you to movement and sound, so that you're always alerted when something happens outside your home. -Nest Cam IQ Outdoor: More advanced than the other two cameras, the IQ has an 8x zoom and HDR technology that captures high-quality video footage even in low light conditions.


3) Follow the prompts to purchase your subscription

Signing up for an account is quick and easy, just enter your name and email address. Once you have an account, you can buy a subscription by clicking the Subscriptions tab in the menu bar. If you are interested in purchasing an Individual plan, click Individual. To purchase a Family Plan, click Family. After selecting one of these options, click Subscribe Now. You will be redirected to your shopping cart. Click Next and then enter your credit card information on the following page. Once you have submitted your payment information and completed this process, you will receive an email confirming that your order was successful! You're all set!
